SHIPPING

Shipping is worldwide free of charge for all purchases.

DELIVERY

  • Italy - estimated 48 hours
  • Other countries - estimated 7 days

Orders are shipped by Sail-O® from Monday to Friday with hours 9: 00-15: 30. The orders made in the weekend will be processed on the following Monday morning. The prices on the site are all-inclusive, however local taxes and duties of the individual states might be apply. Sail-O® is not responsible for any delay due to customs inspections and operations or cases of force majeure beyond the control of Sail-O®.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, unused items can be returned for size exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS

To request authorization to return, please send an email to info@sail-o.com or use the form in the contact section, reporting the order number and reason for return. The return shipment will be at customer's expenses.

There are 2 types of compensation:

  • Change article: It is possible to change the item in case of defects or wrong size, whenever available.
  • Refund: Refund will be made as soon as the goods returned arrives at Sail-O® warehouse and are verified. For orders paid with a credit card the amount refunded will be available to customers in approximately 10 days, and will be visible on the next card statement. Timing may vary slightly depending on the banking system of the credit card used. For orders paid with Paypal or by bank transfer the amount will be returned to the original account. The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any difference in amount due to exchange rate fluctuations will not be refunded. The return shipment must be made within 14 days from receipt of order.

RETURNS POLICY

The garments or accessories must not have been worn, washed or altered, and must not show any sign of use. Each item must be returned with all tags, packaging and accessories received along with the order.
Products must be returned with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and that should not have been in any way damaged and / or altered, or used as a single outer packaging.

Sail-O® reserves the right to request photographic evidence of defective goods before authorizing returns.
Authorized returns must be shipped to Sail-O® from the same country in which the original order was delivered.

Sail-O® also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or those that do not comply with all the return policy conditions. In these cases, the goods can be returned to the original shipment sender address at customers' costs.
In all matters not specifically expressed, please refer to the European legislation for the long-distance trade.
