How do I contact you?

How do I measure my wrist size?
To ensure your Sail-O® Bracelet wears perfectly, measure your wrist with a tape measure, or use the tape measure from here: Size Guide. Make sure it is adjusted well as you like to wear it. Take the measure and select the relevant size from the list when placing the order.
Can I order a custom size?
At Sail-O® we appreciate that our Bracelets are made to make you comfortable wearing them so if your wrist is tiny or big and you have a specific request, you can also email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you ship worldwide?
Our customers can receive their orders worldwide, and we do our best to do it free of charge. For your peace of mind, all our items are shipped using selected courier, so you will be able to track your shipment from the moment it leaves our shop till it reaches your door. Please refer to the shipping section for shipping details for your country, and note that for deliveries outside EU , import and taxes may apply at your own expense.
How long does it take for my Sail-O® to reach me?
All our packages are sent with selected courier within 24hours the order is placed, and will reach you anywhere between 2 to 7 working days. You will receive an email with a Track&Trace code so you can follow your package. Please note: the Couriers usually do not deliver on weekends please refer to section: Shipping and Returns.
How long does my warranty last?
Sail-O® bracelets are made with the outmost of care. All the bracelets are handmade and handled with great attention by our production team to be able to provide you the best possible quality. Therefore we provide a 1 month guarantee from the date of purchase. If for some reason there is a defect in your Sail-O® within this period of time, we will exchange it with a new one free of charge. Please send an email with your question and order number to email@example.com. Our customer service team will get back to you within 24 hours to solve your problem.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through Direct Bank transfer, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express and Maestro, Cash on delivery. Please refer to section: Terms and Conditions.
How do I maintain the bracelet?
All our products are made from the finest material and undergo great deal of quality assessment to ensure you can enjoy them for long time. To keep your Sail-O® looking at its best you don’t have to do anything special. Sun, sea water, daily showers, they will just add memories to your Sail-O®. Just wear it and enjoy it
The bracelet does not fit me, what do I do?
If for some reason your Sail-O® doesn’t fit, not to worry. Just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or fill the form in the contact section and we will exchange it for the right size.
Can I return an item to Sail-O®?
We provide a frills free return policy Sail-O® within 14 days from purchase and fully refund your money or replace with another item of your wish. Please send us an email at email@example.com to let us know you are returning the item. Please refer to section: Shipping and Return.
