To ensure your Sail-O® Bracelet wears perfectly, measure your wrist with a tape measure, or use the tape measure from here. Make sure it is adjusted well without leaving any space left. Take the measure and select the relevant size from the list when placing the order.

At Sail-O® we appreciate that our Bracelets are made to make you comfortable wearing them so if your wrist is tiny or big and you have a specific request, just place an order in our web shop and add a notification with your requests. You can also email your request to info@sail-o.com

Sail-O® jewels are covered by a 1 year warranty, for more details refer to Shipment and Return page. Sail-O jewels are made with the utmost care to offer you the best quality. Small imperfections or irregularities must be considered part of the originality and are a guarantee of craftsmanship.

At Sail-O we use only natural gemstones. As such the stones may vary slightly in shade. Such colour variations should not be considered as defects or flaws and are actually guarantee of their natural origin.

Preserve your jewelry’s beauty, shine and durability. 

All our products are made from the finest material and undergo great deal of quality assessment to ensure you can enjoy them for long time. However, it is still important that you follow our suggested care instructions. Your jewelry can lose its shine when exposed to air or water for a long period of time. We recommend taking off your jewelry before showering, or taking part in any physical activity. Exposure to certain chemicals or environments may compromise the integrity of your jewellery. This includes (but is not limited to): perspiration (sweat), perfumes/colognes, cleaning products, chlorine, salt water, or silver polish, etc. Please refer to the Jewelry Care page for further information.
